Cancel & Return Policy
The general return policy includes
- An item may be available for return within the relevant return period if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:
- Is shipped in a physically damaged state
- Has missing parts or accessories
- Are different from what was ordered.
- No longer required (not all items can qualify)
Please note that products marked as “non-returnable” cannot be returned on the product information page.
- All products must be returned in their original condition, as shipped to you, with price tags intact, user guide, warranty cards, original accessories and the box/packaging of the original manufacturer. Please look at the wise class of returns policy. We can deny the return pickup if the products are not returned against each category in compliance with the policy specified.
- For electronic devices, please remove any personal data stored (Picture, Messages, etc.) or any changes (password, screen lock pattern, etc.) before returning the item.
- Unless you “no longer need it,” certain products may not be available for return (including cases of buyer remorse such as incorrect design or brand color purchased or ordered incorrect product).
- If your product’s return period has expired, we will refer you to the Brand Warranty Center (when applicable).
If your product meets the requirements, call our Customer Service at the Contact number to initiate your return. For the class you will find below, the criteria may differ. Please note that in order to initiate the return process, you must contact our customer service within the given window (Calendar days) for each product category.
It is only natural that people sometimes change their minds about an item after receiving it, be it the color, size, style or just a wrong decision. We acknowledge this and is therefore more than happy to offer a discount or replacement or refund, product exchange, or voucher, subject to terms and conditions (below).
Upon doing so, you must quote your order number, name and address, description of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund, credit note or a replacement. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return. We will also send you your personal Returns Authorisation Number (RAN), which you must also include with the package otherwise your return may not be processed.
You will be required to return the item to us in the post in its original condition within 14 days of receipt, with ALL tags intact and attached to the garment you are returning. Please post returned items together with the returns advice to our return address.
Return, Replacement, Refund:
We hope that you are happy with your recent purchase from us, however, if you’re not completely happy with your purchase you can simply send your item/items back to us. Please be aware that all unwanted items need to be returned 14 days from the date that received them. We will not accept returns after this time has passed. Before making a purchase please be aware that any item returned will take up to 21 working days to be refunded back to you.
what if my item is damaged?
If for any reason you receive faulty item, please notify us within 24 hours of this issue to that we can investigate this ASAP for you.
what if my item is damaged we can not accept returns for:
Swimwear- can be returned as long as the hygiene label strip has not been removed and is returned in the original condition.
For hygiene purposes, there are certain products that we cannot accept returns for, including:
- Hosiery
- Lingerie
what if my item is damaged returns requirements:
All returned items must be in original condition and have all labels/swing tags attached. Items thought to be in an unsaleable condition will be rejected as a return and the customer will be notified by email.
Items will be rejected by our control team for the following reasons:
- Items have been worn
- Items have had the tags removed
- There is make up transfer on the item
- Items have been washed

Re-pack and seal the item in the bag with labels and tags still attached.
Keep a copy of your postal return safe. This will help as proof of your returns. Once we receive your return it can take up to 14 days for a refund to be processed. Please note we do not cover any return shipping cost, this cost is met by the customer.
How Refunds Are DETERMINED?
All returned items are thoroughly checked by our Quality Control Team to determine the legitimacy of the refund request.
In the event of any item having damage due to manufacture and you are returning it within the 14 working days of purchase, we will replace from stock if available. If the item is no longer available, we will offer a refund or in store credit in exchange, up to the same value.
PLEASE NOTE:
** Sale items are non-refundable; however we are able to exchange the product or issue a store credit to the value of the item only.
** The Delivery Note must also be retuned in the original packaging with the items you are returning. Exchange or refund requests may be delayed if the paperwork is not received with the returned items. (If you are unable to return the delivery note, please include a note of your full name, address and the reference number stating why the delivery note cannot be returned.)
** The customer is liable for the postage costs in connection with return of items (unless the error is on our part).
** We are not liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are held by third parties.
** Refunds will be credited to the same account/card used to purchase the item – please allow few days to show on your bank statement
** If a returned item is in such a condition that it cannot be re-sold without being reduced in price, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
** As ALL goods are quality control checked before leaving the warehouse by us, we reserve the right to refuse a refund in the following circumstances:
- Item has been worn e.g. perfume, deodorant, cigarettes, body odor etc.
- Signs of damage due to wear other than damage caused due to faulty goods.
- Item is marked e.g. make-up, deodorant, spillage etc.
- Labels are removed. Please do not remove the labels until you are happy with your garment as removal means you are completely satisfied with the product
- The Returns Policy has not been adhered to and 14 working days have elapsed
If an item requested for exchange is not available, a refund or in store credit will be offered, as appropriate.
When returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective through manufacture, we may compensate you for the delivery charges incurred in returning the item to us.
Reason for Returning:
- Delivery of a product that is damaged (physically destroyed or broken)/defective (defective or defective) condition
- Delivery of a product that is incorrect (different appearance on the website)/incomplete (defective parts)
- Distribution of an item that is “no longer needed” (you no longer use the product / you have changed your mind about buying / sizing a fashion product that doesn’t fit / you don’t like the product after opening the package)-eligible only for selected items.
Return Conditions:
- The product must be unused, unwashed and flawless. You can try on fashion products to see if they fit that will also be considered as unused.
- Original labels, user manuals, loyalty cards, freebies, and accessories must be included.
- The item shall be returned in the packaging/box of the original and undamaged supplier. If the item has been shipped in the second layer of packaging, it must be returned with the return shipping label attached in the same condition. Do not put tape or stickers on the box of the manufacturer.
- If an unacceptable state service is returned to us, we reserve the right to return it to you.
